Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 9, 2026
This notice describes how Family Friendly Technologies handles information when you visit our website, create an account, or use a service such as Work Plan. Our products are under active development, and this notice will be updated when our practices or products materially change.
What we use and why
- Account and workspace information supports sign in, permissions, subscriptions, projects, support, and the service you request.
- Billing records support purchases, invoices, refunds, and financial obligations. Payment providers process payment-card details; our analytics is not intended to store card numbers.
- Security and operational records help prevent abuse, protect accounts, investigate failures, and keep the service reliable.
- Optional website analytics helps us understand which public page categories are useful and where the contact form needs improvement. It remains off until you allow it in this browser.
Optional website analytics
Optional first-party analytics records registered page categories, an acquisition category, and coarse country, browser, operating-system, and device groups. It does not request precise browser location, persist a raw IP address in the analytics store, transmit a visitor IP to an external lookup service, or record URL query strings, fragments, form values, email addresses, or private customer content. Unknown information stays unknown rather than being inferred.
Each page-view event includes a new random delivery identifier to prevent duplicate counts. Only its hash is stored. It is not saved in your browser or reused to identify you across pages or visits.
With your permission, the contact form also records fixed outcome categories such as a correction needed, retry, departure, or confirmed receipt. It never includes what you typed. A random identifier kept only for the current form journey is sent with those events; only its hash is stored to prevent duplicate counts. It is not linked to your account or reused across visits. These optional signals do not prove that an email was delivered, and missing signals do not prove that you abandoned the form.
Accepted optional analytics events expire after 90 days. Changing your choice to "do not allow" stops future collection in this browser; it does not delete events that were already stored. Those events contain no durable visitor, account, session, email, or raw-IP identifier, so we cannot reliably find or delete events for one particular person without adding the identity tracking this privacy design intentionally avoids.
Privacy-friendly site analytics
If you allow it, we record registered page categories plus coarse country, browser, operating-system, and device groups. We do not use precise location, store your raw IP address in analytics, or send visitor details to an external lookup service.
This choice does not affect access to this site or its services.
Checking your saved choice…
Your choice is saved in this browser. If the browser cannot save it, analytics stays off in the current tab and a warning explains that your previous saved choice may return after reloading. You can retry the choice without leaving the page.
How long information is kept
- Optional analytics events expire after 90 days.
- Account and workspace records are kept while needed to provide the service and then for bounded security, dispute, audit, or legal obligations.
- Billing records are kept for transaction, tax, accounting, dispute, and other applicable financial obligations.
- Security and operational records are kept only as long as their protection, investigation, reliability, or required audit purpose calls for.
Security and abuse prevention
Security and operational logs are separate from business analytics. They may use request and authentication information to prevent abuse, investigate failures, and protect accounts. Access is restricted and retention is limited according to the purpose. A network address or device signal is not treated as proof of a person's identity.
Sharing and choices
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers or authorities when needed to operate the service, process payments, protect users, or comply with applicable obligations. Service providers receive only the information needed for their assigned purpose. You can keep optional analytics off, reverse a previous choice using the control above, or use a browser privacy signal that the control recognizes, including Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.
Your requests
Depending on your location and relationship with us, you may ask about, correct, export, or delete information associated with your account. Some records may need to be retained for security, financial, legal, or audit reasons. We will verify a request before disclosing or changing protected account information.
Children
Our business website and Work Plan service are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly invite children to create service accounts.
Contact
For privacy questions or requests, use our website contact page: Contact us. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card details, or other secrets through the contact form.
